Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone, or in person. We are recommending you book in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your consultation to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your relaxation.

Late Arrival

Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment. Depending on the schedule, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will have a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice shall be charged the full-service cost.

Health Conditions

Kindly inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries affecting your treatment. This information helps us provide the best possible care.

Sanitization

We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being and safety of our clinic’s clients and staff.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.

Gratuity

This is not included in the service price but is appreciated. A standard gratuity of 15-20% is customary.

Refunds and Exchanges

Services

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any treatments. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns.

Products

Unopened retail products can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase with the original receipt for an exchange of the item or a full refund. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Respectful Environment

We strive to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior shall result in immediate termination of the service, and the client may be asked to leave.

Personal Belongings

The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.

Privacy

All client information and treatment records are kept confidential. We respect your privacy and ensure that your data is protected.

Offers

Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to change without any prior notice.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
